The Frustration of Weight Gain

In my life path, I have had a great opportunity to connect with women of all different stages in life. Throughout my career, I’ve been blessed to meet so many women to find out that no matter where you are in life right now we all want one thing, to live a long and healthy life. As we mature, and grow wiser, because we don’t age… there will be inevitable changes that will happen to our bodies. Our gray hair will start to show up, our skin become less elastic and with that, we will start noticing some wrinkles, and the dreaded weight gain. All of this is part of the journey called life and although there is nothing that you can do to avoid the process there is so much that you can do to continue aging with vitality. 

I have met some of the smartest women in my life, the ones that know exactly what to do to solve so many of our daily problems, and they all have something in common, the frustration of weight gain irrespective of what they eat. That was not a problem when we were young. Remember when you could eat pizza, without worrying a bit about gaining an ounce, and now it seems that the simple act of smelling it makes you gain weight? Well, you are not alone on this path. Many times, we find ourselves trying to lose weight to only find out that our sacrifices are too many with very little reward.

As a woman I understand the changes that your body goes through. I know that it’s not as easy as just don’t eat this or that.
