Prevention, Optimization and Personalized Support
Women’s Concierge Program
Women-first cardiology, with more time, more access and more prevention-focused support. NITZAMD is a physician-led, women-specific program designed for patients who want a higher-touch experience, deeper prevention planning and personalized cardiovascular optimization—especially during life stages like perimenopause and menopause.
Important billing note (please read):
Many core cardiology services may still be billed to your health insurance when covered and medically necessary. The NITZAMD program offers patient-paid services that are not billed to insurance. Some program elements may be tiered based on your insurance plan design (coverage rules, deductible status and benefits).

What the Program Is (and What it Isn’t)
What it is
A women-centered, prevention-forward experience that adds time, access, education, care coordination and optional wellness optimization around your cardiovascular care—so you can understand your risks, plan proactively and stay supported between visits.

What it’s for
This may be for you if you want…

What’s Included
Your exact inclusions are tailored after your consultation. If a service is covered by insurance and medically necessary, we bill insurance. If it’s a patient-paid, non-covered service (NITZAMD), it is paid by the patient and not billed to insurance.
