Helping Women Add Life to Their Lives
My Mission
My name is Nitza Alvarez. I am a specialist in early intervention and management of heart diseases in women. Unfortunately, heart disease continues to claim the dreams and the lives of thousands of women every year. During my career, I have experienced firsthand the desolation created when a mother is missing from her children’s lives, or when a woman loses her job and the means to follow her dreams as a consequence of suffering a heart condition.
Every woman deserves to fulfill their dreams, strengthen their independence and enjoy their families. I’ve created a program intended to help you live a longer and healthier life.
A Smarter Approach To
Women’s Healthcare
I refuse to become just another statistic, and refuse for you to become one as well. I have created a comprehensive cardiac care plan specifically designed to meet the needs of women, and resources for early intervention health to help you accomplish your desire to live long, staying young.
This program is no cookie cutter, one-size-fits-all program. It is not a man’s program that has been modified to fit a woman, nor is it a glorified spa day. The Live Long Stay Young plan is a comprehensive, multi-step diagnostic system that will help you identify areas in your life where you can make changes today to have a lasting impact on your tomorrows!
Did You Know?
Approximately 500,000 women die annually from a condition that is preventable 80% of the time. In fact, more women die than men because their heart disease symptoms are under-recognized, and when they seek attention they are under-treated. Despite our technological progress, heart disease continues to claim the lives of too many women in America.
