Based on Dr. Alvarez’s experience treating women with different cardiovascular problems, we know that every case is unique. There is no one-size-fits-all. We need to gather as much information as possible to serve you and give you the proper recommendations.

Note: This program is not intended for urgent or emergencies that require immediate medical assistance.

An online expert medical perspective starts at $750. This fee is not covered by insurance. Included in this fee are:

  • A dedicated care coordinator
  • Medical review
  • A written statement from a physician with answers to your top questions
  • Personalized debrief video/telephone call with a physician

The patient’s responsibility is to facilitate all necessary medical records and documentation. We will not process the service/order until all the medical forms, agreements, waivers and payments have been submitted. Your Care Coordinator will assist you.
